GENERAL

ONLINE BOOKING
When booking online please make sure all your details are correct- Name, Surname, Mobile number, email. In a case if your details are incorrect please let us know asap, otherwise if we can’t contact you – your appointment will be cancelled.
Please read carefully the description of treatment you want to book, for example, if it’s required to remove old extensions, it will require more time. Also do not book additional services as a single appointment.
If the system doesn’t allow you to book, it means there is not enough time for the treatment you choose. The best way is to select service/s you want and then to check availability for a particular day/specialist.
Sometimes you can expect that we contact you to change your booking time.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
All bookings must be confirmed by the client. We manually send you a message through whatsapp (email) to confirm a booking 1-2 days before. If you don’t confirm it we cancel it without any notice 24h before.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW FEE POLICY
We can no longer afford no-shows and late cancellations.
If you’re unable to attend your appointment please notify us at least 24h before your appointment to avoid a no show/late cancellation fee. Late cancellation fee is 50%, no-show fee is 100%.
Please inform us if you have any medical problem that may prohibit your treatment.
DEPOSITS
We are taking deposits if more than one treatment is booked for one day, walk-ins, when more than one person booked e.g. wedding parties.
We are also taking deposits starting from November to the end of December each year. If you have several appointments from November to the end of the year, we will take only one deposit and keep it until your last appointment in December. Deposits are non refundable.
Deposits paid for services are not redeemable for nail courses or nail product purchase.
APPOINTMENT TIMING AND PARKING
Please arrive at time or 5 minutes before your appointment. We have a car park right next door to us, and a few more car parks on the same street. Due to full load, if you are late more than 10 minutes, we might not have enough time to do your treatment, or alternatively sometimes it can be changed to one colour finish, or, for example without additional service.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are valid for 5 years after the date of issue. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or cash exchanges for Gift Vouchers. Lost gift vouchers cannot be authenticated or replaced.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for nail courses or nail product purchase.
UNDER 16’s
Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and consent form must be signed by a parent.
Nail Course Terms & Conditions
Booking a course
Prior booking any of our nail courses please read all information provided on our website about courses you would like to do.
To sign up for a course you can contact us through the website, email or call us on 0857417983.
We take deposits for each course to secure your place. Course places are only confirmed upon receipt of the course deposit. We have different options for you to pay the deposit:
- Over the phone by visa card
- Cash
- On the website click here
After the deposit is received we will e-mail you the course lesson plan and instructions.
Payment
Deposit is required to secure your place, the rest course balance must be paid on the first day of the nail course.
All deposits/booking fees and full course payments are STRICTLY non-refundable and non-transferable.
Students that cancel their course within 14 working days prior the course date are losing course deposit. If students do not attend on the day without prior notice, they will lose course deposit. If a student starts the course and decides not to continue, then full payment of the course will be lost.
Cancellation or non-attendance
Prestige nails reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course and, in this unlikely event, will offer you an alternative course date.
If a student cannot attend the course due to sickness or emergency the student must contact us immediately. The tutor will rearrange the session with the student once only. Further re-arrangements will be chargeable.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
General
To make a purchase just browse our store and add as many items as you wish to your basket. You’ll be asked for registration, it’ll only take a few minutes and some basic personal details that we need to be able to complete the order.
All products and product information listed on site are intended for qualified professionals and are for sale on a strictly business to business basis.
All nail products sold on our site are for professional use only. We are not responsible for any injury or damages if unqualified technicians are using our products.
Payment
- All of our client details are protected and we take every measure possible to ensure a secure transaction. We use only safe well known payment systems such as PayPal and Stripe.
2. Before paying the invoice please check if products and product amounts in the invoice are correct.
3. Payment in full is required to be made by any of the payment methods through this website prior to dispatch of goods.
Pricing
1. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the site at any time. All purchases are subject to availability and Prestige nails reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
2. All prices are exclusive of delivery charge and are quoted in Euros. Delivery charges will be added at the checkout. If you are collecting your order from our store in Cork city you can select the shipping option ‘Local pickup’, then there won’t be delivery cost.
- All listed prices are exclusive of vat, 23% vat will be added at checkout.
Shipping & Postage
1. All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days after full payment has been received, however, from time to time delays may occur.
2. Postage and Packing charges vary depending on the customer’s delivery address.
- Items ordered over a weekend/ bank holiday will be sent on the next available working day.
4. Prestige nails cannot be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes or loss which are wholly outside our control. - Orders with shipping option ‘local pickup’ will not be shipped, they are for collection only.
Shipping of digital items and Online Training
There are no shipping costs for digital items or training. However, you will be asked to fill out all necessary information for the system to finish the order.
EU vat registered customers
If you are purchasing products from our shop outside Ireland and you are registered for vat within the EU, please contact us here to be excluded of vat.
Return Policy and Product Warranty
1. Before you purchase please make sure that you are buying the right products. Should you need more information about any of our products please contact us.
2. If the product you received is faulty / damaged / or missing please contact us within 7 working days after receiving them and we will replace it. The product must be unused and in their original packaging. Photo proof of the damaged product must be available for our request.
3. Products must be returned to the address mentioned below at your own delivery expense.
4. Please ensure a copy of your invoice/receipt accompanies the return.
5. We strongly recommend you use some form of recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost goods.
6. The original delivery charge cannot be refunded.
7. 6 months warranty for Electronics purchased from us.

Your online account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
